My second residency of 2022 was with King John’s House and Museum in Romsey, Hampshire. My project, Scratching the Surface, was an interactive and participatory art installation that brought the medieval graffiti of the house to life using animation and projection mapping.

 

An event was held at the site on the first weekend of August and visitors were invited to learn about medieval graffiti and try their hand at carving their own.
